This was a very thorough process. After the application and assessment, I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. The recruiter sent my information to the hiring manager which then contacted me for another interview to include behavioral questions as well as talking with an adjuster out in the field. I was then transferred to the director for the last interview to consist of more behavioral questions. A week later I was contacted by the recruiter with an offer. This was overall an amazing experience.

Was very quick and straightforward. The management was very encouraging and helpful. Between each step in the process, I was made aware of the next steps and what was coming.

Entretien
Very long interview process. Applied online, received a link to complete an assessment the next day. 2 weeks later got a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. 2 weeks later was contacted again to set up a zoom interview for the following week. About a week later got called with a job offer starting a month later. The process took 2.5 months from application to first day of work.
Great conversation with the Hiring Director. Get to know each other and the basic fundamentals of your career path. Look forward to the next steps here but you won't allow me to view your website without this measly review.
