Went to jo0b fair and interviewed with 2 managers. Received call back to take test which took 3 hours to complete. Recieved notice that I passed the test and next step was background investigation and next round of interviews. Did a peer interview, unit manager interview, and product manager interview. Received offer via phone call with confirmation letter contingent on background investigation result. Whole process took 30 days from start to finish before my first day of employment.

Phone interview, Zoom interview with two managers, peer time and Director interview. All done in one two hr zoom call. They do provide breaks between each part. Offer next day. Background is very thorough.

Some questions very easy. Others very difficult. Most important thing is to get through the easy questions so you don't leave any unanswered and then spend remaining time on the harder questions. Interview consists of a team approach with questions asked in the STAR format.
