After my resume had been accepted I received an email to take on online test. Once I passed the test I was then contacted by their talent acquisition department via email and scheduled a phone interview within a week. Within two weeks after that I received an email to have an in person interview at Travelers with two department Managers. I did not move on to the next level, however the process was very pleasant and professional. The staff seemed kind and I look forward to applying for other open positions.
