      I applied on a Friday. I received a link to o an assessment. I passed the assessment and on Monday Jeri the recruiter contacted me to conduct a phone screen. We talked on Tues. She made me feel comfortable and asked questions about my background and how I would handle situations at work. She gave me a great deal of information on the position and on the company and the process. We set up a time for Friday so I could talk to the office and told me she was there for me to answer any questions I might have. When I got to the office I met with Amy. I sat with her as she showed me what I would be doing on a day to day bases. She was great and should me a couple of Tricks of the Trade. The I met Melinda and Frank they are managers there. They made me feel comfortable in the interview. They asked STAR questions. They answered all my questions. They seem to love what they do. On Monday Jeri called and made me an offer. I can't tell you how excited I was. He gave me more information and a number to call for a drug test. When I called the number they were having trouble getting me scheduled. I called Jeri. She immediately called the number with me on the line and got things rolling. Next it seemed to take forever to get my background done. I called Jeri she was very nice and told me it could take up to two weeks. The next day she Called me to let me know I passed the background. I start on March 11th. I can't wait. I can't say enough about all the people at Travelers I spoke to. They all were wonderful.

      I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
