Process was very quick due to being an employee referral. Assessment: The assessment was probably one of the hardest I've ever done however it is in thanks to the position. You want to make sure that you read each question carefully the assessment is not meant to see how fast you can complete it but focuses on your attention to detail. It may appear like each answer is correct that is not the case. Based on the facts that they present you is how you should answer. After the assessment I received a phone call from the recruiter within about 2 business days. The recruiter asks about your work experience, skills, and pay amount. Very friendly and informative. Also a few STAR questions to gauge your experience related to the position you applied for. Recruiter stated someone within the office I was applying for would reach out for a face to face interview. I received a phone call from the HR representative who confirmed my face to face interview within 3 business days (mostly due to the holidays). This face to face interview will last 3 hours. Be prepared do your research on the company and bring water although they will provide it to you there. Drink coffee if that gives you a kick in energy you will need it. I was then interviewed by two managers & district manager within the department I applied. They were amazing and will ask you around 20 STAR questions be as detailed as possible practice if you need before you go in. If you have previous claims handling be prepared to bring up your best experience and the ones that were complex. After the face to face which was about an hour. You will be presented to do a side by side (this is an interview don't take it lightly). Ask all the questions you were wondering before you came in ie hours, workload, system, metrics, personal opinion on the company. After the side by side I met with the district manager. I received a call after the interview within 2 business days and accepted the offer!
