Process started with a phone screen (with option for an in person interview on college campus) for the first round. During the second round, I interviewed with several individuals across different levels during an all-day onsite interview. For the third round, I had the opportunity to meet with an executive-level leader. Everyone was very welcoming, provided great insight into the opportunities available and what the experience would be like if hired.
