The process is a joke, it takes forever and then some.... If you read the really long detailed one that is under this section it is all true. First phone, then test, then interview the whole time they tell you you will hear back in a couple of days but they burn through there recruiters so fast if you dont follow up you wont make it.
I interviewed twice before an offer, and both times I made it passed the phone interview with no problem. However both times I was told I would get a call back to set up my in person and never did I waited like fours days before calling back, and asking what was going on. (And I am sure that someone out there is saying that it was you not them) But I checked them on linkedin in both cases with in a week of my interview they were at new companies

Entretien
The interview process involves an online assessment, a phone call interview with a recruiter, and then a 2 hour interview with three panels. The panel interview is broken into three panels. You'll meet with two managers, then two associates who are doing the role you've applied for, and then a meeting with two vice presidents.

Very efficient.
I had an initial interview with a recruiter.
Then did a lengthy interview which took close to 2 and a half to 3 hour max.
But it was getting all 3 phases of the interview process out the way in one sitting.
First did the standard managers.
Then went to talk with a team member/lead, and then wrapped it up with the director and VP.

Entretien
The candidate applied online and completed a pre-employment assessment. A few weeks later, the candidate completed a phone interview with the recruiter. A week later, the candidate completed an interview with the unit manager, peer adjuster, and director. About two weeks later, the candidate received a verbal call from the recruiter regarding the outcome. The hiring team decided to hire an experienced field adjuster instead of a field adjuster trainee.
