I walked into TravelTab and met with the Director of Development and we discussed different things such as experience with certain technologies, programming languages, and development tools. It wasn't anything too deep at first and it was pretty smooth. After speaking with the Director of Development I met with the Director of Quality Assurance and Process and it was a little more difficult and he asked some interesting questions to gauge my capabilities. After the interview, I heard back from TravelTab within the same day or so and was told that while they wanted to hire me they didn't want to go through with the hire until they were able to hire a senior developer on as a mentor. About a week or two passed before I heard back again and I was asked back in for a second interview. This second interview felt like more of a formality than anything else and after speaking with the Director of Product Management and the Director of IT and Support the second interview concluded. I was made an offer the same day and I accepted a day later.
