I am an accomplished real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the field of real estate. As a property manager I have worked for Transwestern Commercial Services of South FL, BJB Partners, Biscayne Atlantic, Wexenthaller Real Estate Holdings, and Draper & Kramer Inc. After moving to FL I brokered a $14 million dollar note secured by 110 condos located in Miami, FL. I assisted in bringing this asset to stabilization through lease up, property management, and property sales. I have managed a portfolio of 40 plus condos located in Miami, apartment buildings, and office buildings. I am currently a commercial real estate broker and owner of Prospect Equities International and The Van Buren Group. UF MBA & Harvard University AMDP.

I have an AMDP from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Florida. I have a bachelors degree from DePaul University with a focus on Business and Accounting. I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and Illinois.
Current Projects
I am the founder of The Van Buren Group and serve as the broker of the firm. The Van Buren Group is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm that is engaged in project acquisition, management, and brokerage. My brokerage responsibilities include acquisition and disposition activities and I have brokered more than 40 commercial properties with an aggregate value of 70 million dollars of commercial real estate.
Prior to my involvement in The Van Buren Group I was a fifty percent owner of Interra Real Estate Services, Inc. where I served as a broker partner. At Interra Real Estate Services Inc. I specialized in apartment buildings, shopping centers, and development sites in and around Chicago, IL. I have relocated to Miami, FL in 2009 where I continue to broker commercial real estate with a focus on NNN leased property, single family home & condo portfolios, and distressed debt. In 2010 I brokered a $14 million dollar note secured by 110 condos located in Miami, FL. I assisted in bringing this asset to stabilization through lease up, property management, and property sales.
