Second interview with higher managers, which was behavioural
Clear and well-structured process from the initial contact with the recruiter with good engagement including with senior leaders throughout. Conversations were thoughtful and focused on both capability and fit for the role and the company.

Entretien
It was straightforward and the interviewers were nice. The first round was with a recruiter/ HR, then a video interview with a couple of other staff. The last round would have been with the director, however I did not proceed as I took another role with a different company.
