Entretien
I have had two interviews so far (one online, and one face-to-face). Good communication to organise the two interviews. Both interviews were well organised. Haven't heard back yet however the interview process was good. Not too formal.

Question 1
Transpower followed a generic STAR format (like most government agencies in New Zealand) but their questions were more focused on practicalities and how I would react in a situation, not just reading off questions like many govt agencies do.
