Entretien
1) Online application; Situational judgement questionnaire;
2) Booking Telephone Interview if successful (it happened about One month later for me);
3) Telephone interview itself; Competency questions; situational questions; "why TfL" questions etc. (the interview lasted 30min)
4) Booking your place at assessment centre if successful (this happened one week after the telephone interview)
5) Assessment Centre; It is consisted of: Group discussion, written exercise; presentation; SHL FastTrack exercise and Interview; The people are very friendly at the assessment centre, and the experience is good regardless of the outcome.

What to do if one of the underground line has severe delays?
The process was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial online application, followed by a competency-based video interview. Afterward, I was invited to a final assessment center which included a group technical exercise and a one-on-one interview with a senior engineer focused on my project experience and technical knowledge.

The assessment centre was held online. The process consisted of three parts. A group exercise, a personal interview, and a personal exercise. In my case, the personal exercise was a presentation based on an ongoing project.

Application, Online test and then Assessment Day. It was a good experience. Practice is the key. Practice on the presentation and make sure you answer what is it being asked. You will have to add your own creativity.
