Submit CV / Cover letter online. Telephone Screen. In-Person interview
Was called by two TFL employees who both seemed lovely. The recruiter had told me to expect a 20-minute telephone call where my CV and experience would be delved into.
I expected the interview to be a 20-minute formal conversation about my CV and experience and this is what I prepared for. Even using STAR to prepare some sample answers.
What actually happened, when I was called I was told the interview would be 10 minutes and instead of asking any questions or giving myself the opportunity to ask questions was told to just talk about the job description for 10 minutes.
Felt very rushed and to be honest I just expected more of a conversation as this is also about if the job would fit you. if I would have got a call back to interview I would have said no. Not a great impression.

A very poor process that was rushed and only thirty minutes with no questions allowed. It did not give a fare appraisal of one's skills or to achieve dialogue. How to declare a long experience in such a short time an it was not in a lift.
quick & easy, fun not to long winded, great feedback ultimately got the role. make sure to do loads of research before you get to the interviews & you should be just fine.

Very relaxed interview process. Completed via teams with two senior managers present. Focus on working within a large organisation, challenges of financial management, the culture within the organisation and complex governance processes.
