i applied through linkedin, then i got the email from TFL hr asking about expected salary etc. After 1 week got an email that my CV is short listed and there will be telephonic interview. After the telephonic i got the assignment to do it. I did the assignment and passed the test after that i was called up for the final interview and it was STAR based interview question and after waiting 3 weeks i got the following feed back "The team are looking for the ideal candidate to have not only the technical background but also someone who is highly collaborative and sadly this was evident during your interview." I don't understand this feedback. HR should have guts to give proper decent feedback to the candidate
