The initial process is determined by the sucess of the grammar test. The process was then followed up with an invite to attend the role play. Unfortunately I did not pass the role play although very close so did not make it to the final interview.

Extremely technical, yet fair. I enjoyed the whole process but it is quite a long process. From start to final interview it took roughly 3 months I guess the competition was strong.

I feel the interviewer was biased although answered the question and followed correct procedure they were not happy. I also know someone else who I prepared them for and also another person and they didn't get the job so I definitely feel there is biasses in the tfl hiring process.
