I took part in two phases of interviews. I didn't formally apply, I was contacted directly by one of the recruiters through LinkedIn and I agreed to video conference interview with her. The first interview was very professional, she talked about the company culture and history, she asked me the basic questions and gave me an overview of what my job might be. 2 days later I was invited for a second and technical interview with the department manager, the interview was for a role completely different from what the recruiter mentioned and in IT area where I do no specialise in. Overall, I enjoyed getting to know Transcom, but I did not like the fact that my first interview they described me a different job from what I to be interviewed for the second interview.
