The interview process was fairly standard, but a bit ridiculous for this level of a job: First with the recruiter, Second with the Hiring Manager, Third with two peers, Fourth with an internal business partner. They requested work samples and then to complete a Marketing Brief assignment.
What a waste of my time.
Despite having years of experience in both Channel Marketing and EB, they said that someone else had better marketing strategies.
I am quite certain that IT WAS MY AGE that was the deciding factor.
I appreciated that the recruiter called me personally to tell me I was not selected.
