I had a great recruitment experience with Transact. There were three stages: - an initial half hour call to discuss my experience - a second more indepth interview - a final interview and brief presentation. The team at Transact were friendly and the process felt professional but not overly formal. The interviews felt very conversational which enabled me to give a fair representation of my experience, whilst also learning about Transact. They also felt appropriate for the level of role I was applying for - it was a good experience. I've now joined Transact and I'm really enjoying being part of the business.
