Terrible process. Got an email from HR and confirmed 30 minute interview with hiring manager who didn’t show up for the interview. I let HR know and emailed back and forth with hiring manager. Got another round scheduled with hiring manager, which was moved to after hours. After screen and meeting with another person, proceed to get texts from hiring manager to meet with a team member the next day since they want to make a quick decision, with no consideration of my schedule and no HR involvement. Meet after hours for 45 minutes with another person and then totally ghosted with no feedback. It was very chaotic and disorganized.

I was scheduled for a 1st round Teams interview with HR. I waited on the call for 15 minutes & the HR representative didn't show up. I emailed them right after & the following week to confirm if there was a mixup & if thy were still interested in proceeding. No response. This was a very poorly run interview process & I wouldn't apply here again.
