One telephonic and another F2F. HR was not that great. Hardly responses to our queries prior to interview and post interview as well we dont get any information at all. Even if its not selected, HR will not inform us.

Can be complex. Recruiting department screens and then uses midpoint analysis to determine if you fit their salary range. They then call and set up phone screening and video conference interviews
