**** Lack of communication throughout the interview process**** Received email for scheduling onsite interview within 4 days of application but the confirmation of the schedule was just given 2 days before the interview and that too after sending followup email on schedule confirmation. I was directly called for onsite interview. Went through back to back 2 rounds of interview with a panel. Interview was mostly behavioral, easy and more focus on the past job non technical experiences. Interview was conducted in a friendly way. I was disappointed, as I asked interview panel for some feedback on my interview and they convincingly said they will have it included in the result email. Only after sending a followup email after more than two weeks, I just got abbreviated result of non acceptance without any feedback of the interview.
