Entretien
Recruiter in Cali talked me through every step and we communicated through each phase. My phone interviews were brief with higher ups, interview in person was very casual, detailed, and participatory. The tests were not hard, if you are smart and capable that is. You do have to fit their profile, but there are many ways to do so.
All you need to understand is they are assessing your intelligence, presentation, and interests because in sales, that's all the customer sees and all that matters for doing well. If you lack any of these, they will probably not hire you. That was my philosophy. I had a positive experience and the speed of the process was much appreciated. It was rerefeshing that it was less formal but still directed. Big thanks to the recruiter in Cali, he made all the difference.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TransPerfect (Singapour) en juin 2022
Entretien
3 rounds, 1 with recruiter, country sales manager & regional sales manager. People are nice but really very busy so you have got to be precise with your questions and show that you’re a good fit.

Question 1
1st and 2nd round asked why I would like to join a tech firm as such. 3rd round asked the same but more in depth by wanting to know what are the ways I educate myself on the tech sector.
Very concise no more than 30 mins. After speaking at length about stress levels and strength and weakness i felt like the interviewer listened and evaluated my skills for the best fit.
