a few rounds of interview required, first with HR, then next with your boss, and then with director. questions asked were typical interviews and scenarios for an associate level. i did not manage to progress to the 3rd round, but overall was still ok. though it would be better if the HR replied me when i asked for feedback on my interview

Initial interview was ~30 mins, then a series of timed tests a few days later to test my translation skills and what not, then eventually I got turned down with little to no reasoning

The interview went like pretty much any other; nothing out of the ordinary, just going over my resume and going over some scenarios that I would find myself in.
The recruiter decided to block me on LinkedIn after I asked for an update on the recruitment process. I'm used to being ignored (it's still not okay to do so, but unfortunately common) but blocking me after all I did was ask for an update is uncalled for. Even a simple "Sorry, we're moving on with other candidates" would have been a perfectly understandable response. I sure hope the rest of the Talent Acquisition team is more respectful.
