She was nice enough, but seemed more like a cold call than an interview. She went through what the company does, hardly asked me about my background, and then didn't give me the chance to ask questions. They didn't get back to me and I didn't follow up.

An HR person called and asked the typical screening questions-this was for a sales position I applied for. Then I got a call from the same woman asking me the same screening questions for the same position (I guess she had forgotten speaking to me the first time). I hadn't heard from her for about 3 weeks. Then I got a call from the same HR person about another position. She asked me a few screening questions about this position and had forgotten again that she had already spoken to me twice. I received an on-site interview which lasted for about 2 hours where I met with the HR person and 2 other people in the related department. Then I found out a week later via email that I didn't get the job because of my experience.
