Entretien
The interview process began with a phone call and then a face to face interview with 4 different functional leaders, including the hiring manager and an HR manager. The face to face interview consisted of a 30 presentation of my choosing and then 30 minute interviews with each of the functional leaders. The best part was definitely getting to design my own presentation. I created a PowerPoint slide deck that answered all the job description elements one at a time in regards to my experience, skills, and knowledge.

Many of the questions were predictable but I was pleasantly surprised to have the hring manager ask me if I thought the company's values were aligned with my values.
Typical on-line ad, followed by resume submittal, phone interview with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, and site interview with hiring manger and others (peers & managers/directors). The panel interview started at 7:30 AM and lasted all day. This also included a phone panel interview with three directors that manager virtual teams. Key points were my comfort with a matrix organization and having several managers to answer to.
