J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trane (Houston, TX) en août 2014
Entretien
The process began at my university's career fair where I met the recruiter who would later interview me. After about a week I was contacted by the recruiter from the career fair and an interview was set on campus. Opening the interview, the recruiter informed me that this was a very informal interview. His goal was for me to learn more about the internship and to make sure it was the correct fit for me. He described the internship as a sales engineering position, where I would be dealing with customers and getting some field experience with Trane's HVAC equipment. Overall it was a very laid back interview, as well as informative. This being the first round of interviews, he then contacted me back within a week to set up an interview in Houston, to interview with hiring managers. While I did not continue with the interview process as I received an offer from a different company, it seemed as if the initial interview was to make sure that you would enjoy the internship.
