The process was easy. You fill out an application online and are emailed for a virtual interview. Then you visit the site and the manager observes your interaction with the children.

Submit a google form and then a Group interview (like 30 people at a time). Pretty straightforward questions. We also did some ice breakers. Some people came late and they were still included

What is one thing youve learned from working with kids?
Wasn't too difficult. as long as you have a good head on your shoulders, present yourself as a hard worker and someone who cares about what the company has to offer, you'll be fine.
