The process involved, an HR interview, then a technical one-on-one PI with 1 member of the team, then 2 panel PIs with senior team members. The duration of the interview and their review and feedback took forever to come. The entire process took up almost 3 months of time. The worst part was that I had applied for Deals Desk Analyst and was interviewed for it, whereas their mails read that I was going to be interviewed for Oil Operations. The confusion of designation ruined half of my chances anyways, and add upon that the result of an interview coming after 2 weeks and the next round details revealed after a further 2-3 weeks.
