Takes about a month or two to get hired. They tell you it's one thing arlt orientation but after that it is so much that you deal with. The harassment, constant stalking, petty write ups. It's mandatory that you get a break but they don't allow you to take one. Management throws you under the bus and you have no voice here. Felt like a dictatorship working here.
