J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's (Palo Alto, CA) en sept. 2015
Entretien
The interview process was quick and easy for me :
1/ I picked up an application in the store I wanted to work in, random questions are often asked at the desk of the store when you pick up the application, be prepared!
2/ I filled up the form (at home) and answered to all of the questions on it
3/ I brought the form back to the store in a Hawaiian shirt
4/ I got called back 3-5 days later for an interview

Entretien
It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
