J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's en août 2023
Entretien
I submitted an application online, then was called and asked to come in for an interview. At that interview they also had me fill out a paper application. I went through 3 rounds of interviews, each was 15-20 min. Questions were about why you wanted to work there, customer service experience, and to see if you'd be a good culture fit. The final interview was with the store captain (manager) and the process took less than 2 weeks. I appreciate that they are trying to find good culture fits, I just feel like 3 rounds is a lot for a part time job. They could have reduced it to 2 interviews and had 2 mates interview you at once or back to back.

Entretien
It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
