I applied on Indeed and got a phone call a week later, had a quick on-the-spot interview with one of the managers and was then invited to an interview with the Store Leader.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was asked about my background and experience, but I think most questions were personality-based. My interviewer had me ask him questions as well. Every time he answered one, he kept telling me to ask more, so definitely prepare a random list of things you might wanna know about the person interviewing you or the company/store itself. I think they mostly look for people who are lively and at least a little extroverted, due to the fun and friendly atmosphere and vibe Trader Joe’s is known for.

Entretien
It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Entretien
Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
