J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's (Minneapolis, MN) en juin 2023
Entretien
I did two interviews, a phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview was about as hard as I would expect and the in-person was somewhat more difficult. I felt like it took them longer than I would like to get back to me both times, especially the first time when it took them a whole week. It felt like their hiring standards were a bit high for a low-paying retail job. Apparently the next step would have been a third interview with the store director which again seems like an overly long and rigorous interview process to me.

Entretien
It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
