J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's (Chicago, IL) en juil. 2015
Entretien
I submitter my application in person at the location of interest, then waited for 5 weeks, until they called me to schedule an interview. Interview was scheduled 3 days later. I got there on time, but they were switching shifts, so had to wait for around 20 minutes. They were very courteous and respectful. I got a call from them right after I left to schedule a second interview with the captain in few days. They were in short of space so the interview took place in the demo kitchen, but they were apologetic although the place was exceptionally clean and well ventilated, and I was offered a seat even before they have their chairs ready ( they are really kind and respectful (y) )
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The questions were about my resume (what I listed on the application form): my last/current job, my availability, my previous experience with TJ, why I chose them. After that they asked me about my understanding of the job description, my expectations, my favorite/least favorite tasks, and my ideas of customer service. I also got a question about my favorite products at TJ's.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's (Atlanta, GA)
Entretien
Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
I had 3 separate interviews. 1 was over the phone. 2 were in person. I never heard anything after the third interview. I called the store about a week later and they let me know they didn’t actually have any available positions. Really felt like they wasted my time.
