The interview process was pleasant, friendly and mostly running on time, though for the 2nd one, I had to wait a while in the store as they were running late. The actual interview was done outside, in the back of the store on a picnic bench, where I was asked a number of questions regarding job experience, why I wanted to work there and how did I handle certain situations.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
