J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's en févr. 2013

Super easy. Fill out application, drop it off. Some do a quick interview when you drop off the application to get to know you and sometimes will schedule a sit down interview right there and then. If not you will get a call a week or 2 later. Sit down interview can be with the captain of the store or 2 mates from the store. Basic question, like why you want to work there, ask about your past expertness and ask about your personality. The more fun you are in your interview the better. And you don't have to dress up to much, don't try to hard, it's a grocery store. But just try to be yourself, they will notice if your not. Be fun and friendly, they will for sure call you back. I got a call about 2 weeks later after my interview telling me I got the job. If you don't get a call, they either send you a letter saying they aren't hiring or they do call to let you know you didn't get it. It depends on the store.

It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
