J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's en oct. 2016
Entretien
Printed out an application online and handed it in. Briefly talked with a Mate about what brings me in to apply, and what my favorite products was. He said I could expect to hear something within 30 days, but more likely a week. I got a call the next day scheduling an interview for the next week. The interview was with 2 Mates, talked about why I chose Trader Joe's and more or less had a conversation so they could get to know you. Got a phone call 2 hours after the interview asking to come in the following day to meet with the Captain and another Mate. Again, talked mostly about what I do for fun and why Trader Joe's. I was told I got the job and that someone would call me to discuss pay range. Overall, great experience with a quick turn around, 6 days from applying to hired.

It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Entretien
Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
