J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Trader Joe's en juil. 2009
Entretien
Went in and filled out application. Was turned down several times but my persistence paid off. I showed the store captain I was serious about a job there and as they say - the squeaky wheel get's the oil. If your timing is right and they are in a hiring mood, you will be given a one on one interview with the captain of 1st mate.
Let them know you love the store and the products and are open to work what ever hours you can. The wider the range of hours you can work the better you chances of getting the job. Don't say " It looks easy to work here" you most certainly will not get the gig. Emphasize you are a people person and enjoy interacting with people and sharing the excitement of TJ products. Also, let them know you are a great team player and love to bring positive energy to work everyday.

It's two to three interviews, the final with the Captain (or highest manager) of the store. The interviews are largely to get to know your personality and how well you would do at customer service.
The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.

Very chill, asked things a lot of job interviews don't, more personal down to earth questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Professional but also cool vibes from everyone who interviewed me. Went to one interview with mates and another with the captain.
