Scheduled the first round of technical interviews 3 times and the panelists didn't show up for any of them. There were no communication emails sent for the same. It's not new to reschedule an interview but notifying the candidates prior is a basic expectation in any hiring process. This series of no-shows and the lack of communication not only inconvenienced me but also reflected poorly on the organization's professionalism
