The hiring process with Trade Core was a very pleasant HR experience overall.
It started with a phone call, where their HR explained why they were reaching out after quite some time (I originally applied a few months ago), and also explained the next steps of the process.
The next step of the process was a technical assessment task. (HR also explained that this used to be one of the last steps of the process, but because a lot of candidates failed or gave up on this step, after spending everyone's time, so they changed the order)
The task itself was not too complex. I would say that the difficulty of the task depends on you and how deep you go into the documentation. I would say that the task was a fair way to show your skillset required for this position.
After passing the assessment, I had an online meeting with the person responsible for this position and the HR. I elaborated my experience, they explained the responsibilities of the position I applied for. Generally a very pleasant interview. At the end they said that potentially one more interview would be needed (with COO).
I had 2 more interviews, with COO and technical leads. It was basically a meetup, both shorter than 30 minutes, as they wanted to meet a person that they will be working together with, if hired.
Generally a pleasant process. I greatly appreciate the directness and openness of their hr, which at every point of the process was honest and provided me with true information.

Interview process was very co-ordinated - starting with a case study and then followed by the HR round (I took back my candidature as I had another offer). Team is very responsive and open to answers questions that you may have.
The only con perhaps was there was a lot of lead time maybe because the team was on holidays.
