Quick and relatively plainless. They want to know you live life "out here" / are outdoorsy and have prior knowledge of the stuff they sell. They also want to know if you're okay with zero scheduling consistency because you have to sign that you're okay with it, and they want to know if you'll make a stink about selling credit cards.

Applied online. Walked in to follow up. Got interview. Brought resume with me. Got hired on the spot. Started less than 2 weeks later. Yay me! Benefits used to be awesome, but they changed things around to make it harder on women ttc
I applied online and got a phone call while I was at work (I couldn't take it) that went to voicemail. I called them back 1.5 days later and was told to call them back to schedule an interview as they were busy. A few hours after that I got an email saying I wasn't being considered anymore.

It was easy and straight to the point- manager just wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into, like responsibilities expected in the job and whether i was ready/comfortable with it.
