The woman scheduling the interview skipped it twice. This happened to others I know. After contacting her boss she finally 'apologized for the confusion' aka her lack of professionalism. We had the interview where she spent the whole time trying to talk me out of the job. I'm not sure what her reasons were or why she has the job she has when she's atrocious

The interview process was orderly and everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. It started off with a phone interview, followed by an in person interview with the HR Generalist and an HR Admin, and lastly a second interview with the rest of the HR team along with a site tour. The process seems like a lot, but I know these steps are necessary when filling a larger role.
