4 interviews in total First one is set up one on one with HR Second one is an interview with 3 people over the phone or in person Third one is a Presentation of Salesforce.com and show of your ability Fourth one is a lunch with some people from the company on the third interview they required that you learn Salesforce and then present on what you have learned. Can be a waste of time since this is might not be part of the job. Also from what was told is they are looking for specific people for the Job as for what that means or what they are looking for I do believe that they are not even sure what they are looking for so be aware you might be wasting your time,
