Every step of the way was clear and professional. Everyone involved was very friendly. There was never a point where they weren't clear about next steps or expectations of the role or interview process.

I applied through a employee referral, and the interview consisted of 4 main stages, the first being an interview with the hiring manager - she was very sweet and understanding, and asked basic questions about my personal life, my career, my backround. I definitely felt it went well, as she was helpful in guiding me through the application process. The second interview was with the BDR team lead, who I had known slightly through my education so it took the edge off a little bit, but even without it the entire interview process felt very professional and well organized, I was impressed. It consisted of more in depth interview questions more so related to the role. I felt that it was challenging but not extremely difficult, The third interview was a demo of the software that they provide and I was given a week to prepare. This part was definitely the most stressful part, however I truly believe if you put the time in to understand the software, and make your presentation and pitch as well as you can you will do well. Afterwards I understood that this not only was a test of your technical and sales knowledge, but also how much your willing to put into your work. The final interview step was a culture fit, and was very nice to end off the process, it consisted of just talking with some people from the team about all things from sports, culture, hobbies. I really enjoyed it and it was a nice way to ease your way into employment. Overall I was really impressed by the interview process, it was clear that each and every step was professional, fair and above all else HUMAN. It was refreshing to interview at a place that understands that interviewing in the corporate world is stressful and often times over complicated. It was a really big green flag to know that these people work hard, but also have lives outside of work and that that is okay. The demo is definitely the do-or-die aspect of the process, but as long as you prepare, ask good questions, you can do it.

I had a very engaging and professional interview experience. The interviewers asked thoughtful, relevant questions and gave me space to highlight my skills, past projects, and how I approach challenges. The conversation felt collaborative — not just an evaluation, but a dialogue — which left me excited about the opportunity and the potential fit. I appreciated the transparency about next steps and timelines, and came away with a strong sense of confidence in both myself and the organization.
