The recruiter was consistently unresponsive - I had to follow up repeatedly after each interview round just to receive basic updates on next steps. Most disappointingly, after advancing to the final presentation round, my candidacy was abruptly withdrawn mid-process without any communication or explanation. This experience revealed significant red flags about the company's culture and values. If this is how they treat candidates during the hiring process, I have serious concerns about how they treat their actual employees.
