Very quick and smooth. Fill out an application online and then you'll be contacted by the store hiring supervisor. You will then be asked a few questions over the phone and, in my case, was told when to go in for orientation

Easy one on one with a manager in the store to talk about capacity and responsibility. Along with this, it was questions of motivation for warking at the company and what hours I could work.

Entretien
I applied on Indeed. They called and scheduled me an interview, then emailed me to reschedule it which was fine. I came in well dressed. The interviewee before me came in jeans and a t-shirt and was offered a job, so I over dressed apparently. She didn’t seem very interested in my answers, it came off almost as she was going to hire me no matter what I said. Maybe they were really short on overnight stickers.
