I applied online through campus recruiting and was scheduled for an on-campus interview. They asked basic STAR questions-nothing out of the ordinary. They weren't very personal in their interview, and I felt more like a number than a candidate. I never even heard from their HR department if I moved on to the next round or not. The entire process felt a little unprofessional. I felt like I took the interview process more seriously than my interviewers did.

Question 1
Who is your hero and why? What have you done in college so far that you are most proud of? Have you ever had a time where a customer was unhappy? If so, what did you do to alleviate the situation?

First interview online screening, second interview in-person 1 on 1 chats with staff across sales, marketing, management, and more. My second interview was 2 days: 1st was the 1 on 1s, 2nd was a day in the field shadowing a 'Field Traveler', where we drove hours to a Dealership to do a check-in with them and then drove back to the office. According to the Field Traveler, the day in the field was not a normal practice for interviews.
there were five hour long interviews with two - four different people per interview. the interviews were mostly conversational and centered around getting to know my values, interests, and people skills.
3 interviews in the hiring process. 1st one is a panel interview with 4 people than it gets more personal and smaller with conversations with company mangers. Overall well set-up process.
