Initial communication is by email from a corporate recruiter. The recruiter sets up interviews for the local managers and sends job seekers to the location for an interview. Most interviews are held in a group interview format, with hiring decisions being given the same day. Background check, DMV record, and drug test required.

General questions about the hospitality industry. They want to hear that you love working with people and parking cars should not be the main focus. It is all about the guest service.
After three strong interviews and feeling great about joining the team and being a positive asset, they ghosted me... plain and simple. Very disappointed and I will never recommend this organization to anyone.

Thorough and lengthy. Had a phone interview first, then a 2 person interview. I Met with a third manager and on the same day I finally met the hotel Gm and the hotel manager.

Very frustrating and unprofessional. Passed the first interview with an executive, they were a no show to the second interview, I was given excellent feedback once I did they rescheduled and I did the In Person interview and was told I was coming aboard by the DM. I was even told a few locations where they wanted me and was even given the run down on their training and what to expect and was told I would be getting a call. They turn around and text saying the position was filled internally. What a joke, how dare them. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Haven’t heard from them since.
