I applied to this company online as a guest service associate. I got an email the following day for an interview that happened to be a group interview. The interview included a video presentation about the company, a 1:1 interview when they asked about how you heard about them, about work-related experiences, and your shift preference. Eventually, they assign you to one of their properties and you get trained on-the-job for 2-3 shifts, after which you start to work as a team member.

Easy, asked if I can drive manual and if I had any experience. Had to go to one of their hotels and was allowed to valet my car for the full experience.

Applied online. Got a call from the account manager asking to come in for an interview. Met at the property. Told him about myself, then he gave me his story and the company story. A few basic behavioral questions and that was it.

Entretien
Interview process was not difficult. They ask you questions just to see what type of person you are and if you have experience. They value integrity to good morals since you are always talking to guest and driving their vehicles.
