This was one of the most laid back interviews I have ever experienced. When I came in for a face to face interview I was greeted by a gentlemen in a t-shirt, shorts, and a hat. The working environment in the office had a very laid back feel. The interview reinforced this notion which lasted about half an hour. The first 15 minutes consisted of going over my resume, discussing job duties, and progressing within the company. The last 15 minutes we just spoke about hobbies outside of work.
